Captain Mike Maahs
Captain Mike Maahs is a retired police officer who spent 25 years in law enforcement; half of that time as a detective. He is also life member of the Lenola Volunteer Fire Company, Fire District #2, in Moorestown, New Jersey. He has spent 40 years as a volunteer of which 22 of those years on the Board of Fire Comissioners for Fire District #2.
As a boy, he spent summers in Sea Isle City helping his grandparents run a small boat rental and luncheonette. He has acquired 30 years of experience fishing from Great Bay to Cape May. The last 20 years have been spent fishing the plentiful waters of Cape May. Captain Mike is also Coast Guard licensed and will take every precaution to make sure you trip is as safe and enjoyable as possible.
